Poster Exhibition

The third edition of the NIC will feature, alongside a dynamic speaker program, a poster exhibition where you have the opportunity to showcase your work in nuclear energy developments. For more information take a look at the following flyer:

Poster Exhibition

Requirements

  • The subject of the poster should relate to innovations in the nuclear sector and align with the theme of the NIC.
  • It doesn't necessarily need to be scientific - impactful projects carried out in your professional work are also welcome.
  • You should be interested in engaging in conversations about the nuclear industry.
  • There must be a tangible result to present, not just a concept or method still under investigation.
  • Posters should be in A0-format.
  • Anyone under the age of 35 is welcome to participate. No specific background or experience is required.

What is in it for you?

When selected you get a (free) ticket to join the NIC, attend general sessions and panel discussions, access to digital environment, and including coffee breaks, lunches and entry to the networking dinner and concluding drinks.

10-15 posters will be given a poster stand to discuss the work with the participants. The best two posters will be offered a podium to orally present the work to the participants.

The application deadline has now passed

We are currently in the process of selecting the posters that will be showcased at the NIC. If you applied, you will be informed of the outcome before 1-4-2026.
