Stephanie Heerema

Stephanie Heerema is a technology and strategy leader driving innovation in energy and sustainable maritime solutions. She began her corporate career at McKinsey & Company in Amsterdam, where she advised clients in the oil & gas and renewable sectors. In 2020, she joined the family business, Allseas, leading programmes to drive the company’s efficiency. In 2022, Stephanie relocated to Allseas’ Houston office, managing the installation of a major offshore gas pipeline in Mexico and leading business development across the Americas. Since January 2025, Stephanie leads the development of Allseas’ 25 MWe high-temperature gas-cooled reactor – an ambitious project aimed at reducing operational costs for energy-intensive assets while delivering reliable, zero-emissions power at scale for the maritime sector and onshore industrial clusters. She holds a Master’s degree and PhD in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology.
