Kiki Lauwers 

Kiki Lauwers is the CEO of Thorizon, a European deep tech scale up developing molten salt reactors designed to unlock nuclear energy for industrial heat, strategic compute and long-term European energy security. She brings over fifteen years of experience in technology strategy and scale up leadership. Kiki began her career at McKinsey and Company in Amsterdam, advising advanced industry and energy clients, and later led innovation at Bol.com, the Netherlands leading e commerce company. She holds a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Delft University of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD. Kiki is a board member at SNETP, Nucleair Nederland and a Fellow of the Netherlands Academy of Engineering.
