Radionuclide Packaging Service Centre kicks-off! 

Last month, NRG PALLAS Medical Isotope Solutions and @Croft Associates Limited kicked off the first maintenance period for Croft’s SAFKEG® LS 3979A and SAFKEG® HS 3977A packagings at the NRG PALLAS facilities in the Netherlands.

As part of our added value strategy, this new strategic partnership establishes @NRG PALLAS as the European service centre for the annual maintenance of these packagings, as required by packaging regulations. All work is carried out under Croft’s 10 CFR Part 71 Quality Program, approved by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, with Croft as the Packaging Licence Holder and Design Authority.

Our qualified maintenance team performs all mandatory maintenance tasks – including helium leak testing in line with ANSI N14.5 standards – ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, and operational efficiency.

• Avoiding time-consuming customs delays and high transport expenses by eliminating the need to ship packages to the United Kingdom.
• Reduced transit times ensures optimal use of the containers

The first maintenance window ran 6–30 October 2025, with additional periods planned for 2026.
