Erik Jaarsveld

Erik is a programme and project manager with more than 30 years of experience. He has developed extensive knowledge of design and construction of multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, such as underground and above ground rail and metro projects, highway projects, urban development projects and airports. Roles include design management, design review and assessments, project management, construction supervision and auditing. Erik has combined his role as a programme and project manager with being a line manager of several teams, responsible for sales and revenue targets, business development, strategic development of professional resources and recruitment.

Erik joined ARCADIS in 2000 to be part of delivering projects and programs, that have a positive and long lasting impact on our society. His passion is in building teams and connecting talent that are able to conquer and successfully deliver large programmes in a challenging stakeholder environment.

Erik has fulfilled project, program and line management roles in Europe, Africa, Asia and Australia and holds a Master in Civil Engineering.
